Juntas (Together) is a mobile application created in response to violence against women in urban space. The app is restricted for women and works by matching users' routes around town. Let's say you plan to go somewhere but you don't feel comfortable walking or taking public transportation by yourself. When placing your route, the app finds women nearby whose routes overlap yours, so you both can go together.
